Alfredo sauce

This Alfredo sauce is a combination of a couple different recipes. After taste testing I determined this is it!!

Ingredients:

One pint heavy cream

2 cups freshly grated Parm

1 stick salted butter

2 TBSP cream cheese 

1/2 tsp italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Dash garlic powder


Directions:

1) Melt cream cheese and butter in large saucepan

2) Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer

3) Once slightly thickened add in Parmesan cheese

4) Add seasonings to taste

5) Continue simmering until desired consistency is reached

6) Add cooked fettuccine directly to saucepan or spoon over pasta 


**Note that this should be served immediately and does not reheat well**
